Paul studied visual communication in London and has a post-graduate master’s degree in educational technology.

After many years of leadership training, conference facilitation, and keynote speaking, he now focuses on organizational change and executive coaching.

Paul’s passion is applying diverse disciplines to the development of innovative learning techniques and solutions.

Helga studied philology and modern languages in Germany. She worked for Siemens in Argentina with responsibility for corporate communications and client-relations before joining the U.S. Army Education Center in Hanau as a language and cross-cultural instructor.

Since 1992 Helga has been working as Joint Managing Partner at Paul Smith Associates responsible for training and development programs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. She is passionate about using languages to connect and empower others.

“Eagle Eye” Jenny studied in the USA, UK, and Germany. Her current professional experience involves communications, social-media, and business partnerships for a Brussels-based NGO (environmental conservation) representing the interests of 7 million members.

Jenny has a great eye for detail and is passionate about accuracy in language use. Currently she is finishing her master’s degree in wildlife forensic science.
