Coaching

“The Ripple Effect” Enabling others with tact and diplomacy.

1-day Intensive Seminar with Paul Smith M.A.&Helga Smith M.A. — in Munich, Frankfurt, or Berlin

Advice solves problems temporarily. Coaching develops people permanently.

In an age of accelerating complexity, AI-generated answers, and rising interpersonal pressure, the ability to coach intelligently has become one of the defining professional skills of our time.

Genuine coaching is something quieter and considerably more difficult than it looks — the ability to create conversations in which another person becomes clearer, calmer, more honest with themselves, and more capable of acting on what they already know.

"The opponent worth worrying about is not across the net. It is the voice inside the player's own head." — Timothy Gallwey

Paul & Helga Smith have spent decades coaching senior professionals across Europe. This is the distilled version of what actually works.
