Everyone has their own special way to unwind. Late in life, former Russian president Boris Yeltsin devised a curious method, which could be described as high-speed, stress-free entertainment: "I especially love driving down a hill directly at a tree and swerving to one side at the last moment," he explained. "That's my way to unwind."

Yeltsin was referring to driving a golf buggy.

And according to film scholar Dan Auiler, legendary film director Alfred Hitchcock took a less dangerous approach. After a hard day at the studio, he liked to eat dinner on a tray in front of the television while watching Lassie.
