Overview

Many professionals are oblivious to the saying-doing gap: they are trapped in what is called the "Echo Chamber of Assumed Understanding".

They speak, hear their own voice bounce back, and believe they've communicated. The problem is, they haven’t.

PROGRAMME CONTENT

The 7 Barriers

  • 1. SENT is not received

How to ensure your message doesn't evaporate in mid-air

  • 2. RECEIVED is not heard (or read)

The art of being truly heard (not just politely ignored)

  • 3. HEARD is not understood

How to make understanding inevitable (not optional)

  • 4. UNDERSTOOD is not liked

The secret to making your ideas attractive

  • 5. LIKED is not decided

How to turn agreement into decisions
(because nodding may just be a sign of politeness)

  • 6. DECIDED is not done

Best practices for transforming decisions into actions

  • 7. DONE is not rewarded

How to give constructive feedback, whilst building the relationship

  • Involving a deep dive into the psychology of human interaction, designed specifically for German-speaking professionals working internationally.
